I've had three of these kits for a year or so and never got around to making one. They take a rather large blank, and I never had anything big enough that I liked well enough. I finally used one of my own blanks to turn it. I like it!

It's turned from PR and polished with MM and PlastX.

Yeah, I'm not much of a fan for the kit, either. It's too big and bulky for me. I do like the acres and acres of surface area to show off a nice blank, though!

I have an 86 year old Judge friend who has purchased 4 Panache Rollerballs over the past 9 mths!

He can't get enough of them. He likes them so much he gives them away as gifts to other Judges!

It's certainly a pen for the desk and not one to carry around with you, but like the general styling and size of them. You did a good job with this one!

Must of had to cast a one inch for this:eek:

Do you happen to know the weight on this one? Would think with all that PR on it, she'd be a little on the heavy side. But it does show off a blank well(nicely turned and polished~BTW)!!

Still haven't purchased one of these kits....

Looks great! I have a couple of those kits I never did anything with myself. Yours looks awesome. Your blank turned out great as well. I sit at a desk most days, now you've inspired me to make one for myself.
