Out of the blue, Alex "Zander" Pomykalski, asked for my address and I gave it to him. Shortly there after, an envelope showed up in my mail box with this beautiful blank inside. I wish I had any kind of idea just exactly what I did. Here I am with this beautiful blank that Alex made and the box of beautiful blanks I posted before and I have no earthly idea what I did. Wish I did know, I'd surely do more of it. All I can say is THANK YOU even though that is so inadequate for the bounty I have had bestowed upon me. The first photo is of the blank as it came out of the package. The second has a thin wipe of mineral spirits on the cut face to get an idea of the colors that will be revealed when it is turned. I am awaiting the arrival of a kit worthy of this beautiful blank. Thanks Alex, you truly cast some wonderful blanks. I can only hope mine have anything like the wonder in yours.
