This one is African ebony with corian inserts for the segmenting. It cuts great to get 1mm thickness for the kerf size. Wife choice was the gold I thought maybe satin but went with the DW.

I am a big wood fan myself. I got a few blanks made a couple of slimline. Drills easy ,turns easy but dusty. It's to heavy on the bigger pens I think. I am going to use what I have left but won't buy any more.
