Last week I spent 4 days hauling scrap with my brother. 30,000 lbs worth of scrap steel and aluminum. We are in the middle of no where so we get screwed on the prices. It is not worth hauling several hundred miles to the next scrap yard at today's gas prices. My brother was shocked at the 5 cents a pound for scrap. I still have a couple more loads to go but I must say I am freeing up a lot of space, and my brother made some money which he needs since he was laid off and his next job does not start until late august.
After I drove home I loaded the family up and we drove to Colorado, four hours one way, so my mom could alter my wife's dress for her brother's wedding this weekend. Last Saturday was also our 12th anniversary. We got home last night.
I'm tired:bulgy-eyes:
