Just incase I was missed for the last four days ...... let me explain.
The LOML decided to change internet providers along with phone and cable. She agreed to a package deal and was to our internet would be up graded in a 12 hour window.
To me, that means they would shut it off and turn it back on within a 12 hour period.
When we got up Monday morning at 5 am it was shut off. My little angel called them at 6 pm to ask why it wasn't back on.
To make a long story short, it took them 4 1/2 DAYS to get our internet turned back on. I let my bride deal with them as I didn't feel the need to raise my blood pressure. I won't say how many times she called them or repeat what she said.
They wanted to come over tomorrow and do the change for the cable. I told them "NO WAY", until next week as I didn't want to miss out on the Sunday night football game. I need to watch the Vikings beat the Packers.
