Hi everyone.I made another ringed goblet.Of course I had to ramp up the difficulty, limited shop time so no time for taking it slow.I used a laminating pattern I seen in ( the art of segmenting ) for making a feature ring and built a goblet blank 3 1/4"sq x 8" using 1/4" quarter sawn oak and jatoba.I ground out a two-fister screwdriver to make the rings. It worked better than the multi tip hollowing tool I used last time.It has 8 rings,5lg,3sm.Even put my name on it.What do you think?

Thanks Herb, holding is easy, the rings fall to the bottom.I just staged them like that to try and befuddle the audience.

Thanks Mark, limited to 2 hrs here 2 hrs there it actually took about two weeks to complete.

Thanks fellas,I'm glad you like it.
