Hybrid mini cone box

hello folks

I've just made this new box- it has a mix of orange silver and black resin....
...and proved very tricky to photograph!!

3 1/8" tall by 2 3/8" wide

Love the colors George but I think it needs a tad more orange! The colors in the lid are sick! Always a treat to see your work. I've got a small box on the lathe right now that I can't wait to finish.

Btw...it's probably so hard to photo bc it's so darn shiny! Flawless finish.

Very impressive. Is the only way to make one of these castings with vaccum? or could it succesfully cast using pressure?
