Cheer Hurrah for Exotics

I recently ordered Exotics top stabilizing system. After about a month the top failed-multiple cracks, concave on top, convex on the bottom, etc. Sent Ed some pictures and gave him a call two days ago. What a friendly, customer oriented individual!! Replacement top was waiting for me this evening when I got home from selling pens at the Chattanooga Market. It is a pleasure to do business with this company and with this member of our community.
