Two friends of mine when I offered to make pens to return a favour the wife said make one in light wood and one in dark so we will not mistake each others pens, this was for her I chose what I thought was a plain Huon but it yielded this lovely colour and swirl that this 3000 yr grown timber does.

Peter.

Gorgeous work, Peter.

Are you scrollsawing this and the tooth? Or is it taken out with a "Dremel" type --rotating dental drill??

It's great work, no matter how you are doing it.

Hi mate, all with the Dremel hand held the fat one I use for the Pen Wizard. I dont have a large hand so the Dremel is a stretch. Believe in having a go.

Kind regards to you and Dawn, Peter.

Amazing piece of work! I love that wood! And I didn't know you can do that kind of thing with a Dremel. I bet she loves it!
