Hummingbird feeders

Where does one get the stuff to make a hummingbird feeders? I see CSUSA has one, does anybody else carry them?

I bought the ones I use through wayfair.com but you can probably get a better deal at amazon.com. They are the Perky Pet 215P hanger basket feeders.
