Actually a lot of us do live like that, the only problem is that EXPERIENCE is a very good teacher and experience is fixing to teach that little guy what a belly flop feels like!

Let him enjoy it while he can!! Responsibilities come on us way too fast. By the way, I am partial to red heads. Four out of five of my grandkids are redheads! I used to, but you know the story......sadly, hair and teeth leave us too soon, too.

My hair was snow white as a little guy.. I still swear my dad permanently dyed my hair red with "Baker's Best Hair Tonic" when I started to school... he used to slather it on my head to try to keep my hair combed in place... At 68 it's still red with little gray showing... a little at the temples... my last boss in Houston, who was 7 or 8 years younger than me and had salt & pepper, accused me several times of dying my hair like our sales rep did...
I'm still not as red headed as this little guy... reason I got away in the Navy and on my driver's license for years with blond as my hair color.

I can remember doing this as a little kid .. over and over and over.

I think I did about a dozen belly flops in a row before the adults
saw it and told me how bad it hurt.

After they told me that, it DID hurt.

I was about to say the same exact thing! Funny how fear and pain are things we learn. I bet he slept good that night!
