How to make earplugs...help..

Was asked if I could make someone a set of ear plugs...my Internet searching doesn't seem to be finding anything on how to make these little wooden gauges.

Seem to remember someone here on the IAP is making them.

Can someone please help me with a little info on how to make these, or direct me to someplace or someone who can help..

We make custom moulded to fit your ear, ear plugs for shooters, etc. same kind Air Force and Navy Flight deck guys wear. PM and I will give the info.
