How to make a zen a fountain?

Hello,
Does anyone have any tips on making a zen pen a fountain?

More specificially...
-What nib works on it-I tried the jr statesman nib and holder and it does not seem to match the threads or thread all the way.
-Is thier a shorter nib that will screw in and not cause a change to the cap?
-What type of metal can be used to lengthen the cap? Does it mainly match to chrome only? What have you used to join the metal-glue?
-Does it matter where the cap is cut?
-Does the blank barrel/brass tube need to be shortened as well for balance?
-Any lesson learned from doing it?

First the cap is too small for nib and holder how ever it could be done with a lot of time and thinking you would need too use 2 caps, cut one down then join it back up using a brass tube,the jr rectro has the same thread
It would matter where it's cut
And l would cut the length of the long tube for balance
