The heat index here has been 105 - 116 for the past 2 weeks - and I'm freezing! Ice cold hands and feet, and chills all over. Doc says it's some kind of virus, and to go to bed and wait it out. Who gets a virus in the summer (besides apparently me)? SHEESH!!

Glad they caught it in time, Rocky.

All my blood work came back OK, so my biggest problem now (besides no appetite and just feeling like crap) is trying to stay hydrated.

Try iced coffee with sugar or sweetener and cream. The cream settles the stomach, the caffeine helps with the aches and pains, and it tastes great! That's why they put caffeine in Excedrine.
