If you put in a lot of miles per week, where does one find time to turn?

I used to put in about 40 or 50 miles a week, but it took two evenings and Saturday mornings.

I usually do an evening ride in the 15-20 mile range, which takes a little over an hour. Any longer and it would have to wait for a weekend. Even with that, three evenings a week equates to 45-60 miles and leaves a couple evenings and the weekend for turning, so long as there's no rush orders.

I have a 15 speed mountain bike and a Walmart balloon tire. Occasionally I ride around the neighborhood. At one point I was riding about 15 -20 miles a day but had to back off because of angina. I can use an recumbant machine though so I do that a couple of times a week, mostly though it is swim and walk.
