I'll get there as early as I can. We will have to sort prizes and decide how we want to give them away. Many of the donations will need to be broken up into smaller packages. We will also have to stuff the bags. That's in addition to tending to the vendors needs, setting up the room, etc.

When y'all planning on arriving?

I'll talk with the hotel Monday
We have the room at noon, but we may be able to get in earlier

Hi Mike:

I'll be available as early as Magic says we can move in! No issues on my schedule, so you'll have an assistant!

I bet you that if I hauled all the prizes into their lobby and we started stuffing bags there, they would let us have the room early.

I'll aim for 9:00 also. I'd like to try out the video to see if we have what is needed.

Dalecamino will be there early and has offered to help set up.

Printed out the tentative final additions to the name tags. If any more come in today, I can do more tonight; and I'll bring 300-400 blank ones for all the "walk-ins".

Chuck Hutchings is not coming.
Jim Shrand is on the dinner list, but not on the registration.
Gene Benes (Gbpens) is listed twice
I have no additional info if Mike Allen (Mikesc) is coming as a vendor

ElMostro is sending me some "Mutt-Amalgam" blanks to sell on his behalf
I have 450 blanks (not much exciting though), so between Gandolf and I we will have a table of about 550-600 blanks to help with costs for the conference.

Picked up the box from Hartville yesterday... Not sure, but it is very light Magic??? I hope you don't open it and find it is empty and the lathe disappeared :rolleyes::eek:
