how do you close a thread?

I can't figure out how to close a thread I started, don't want to delete it just close it. How do I do that?

Where? If in the classifieds, please see the rules in the sticky at the top of each classifieds section for the procedure.

It's in the trades and give aways. I didn't see any instructions on how to close a thread other than just post a reply and type closed.
