Man that was back in 2009. I can't remember last week. I do know that this has been a wealth of information and knowledge for me and has advanced my abilities and skills to far beyond where I would be had this not existed. Now what was the question again?

You can't remember last week. You may be suffering from CRS.

I learned of this forum from another forum (Texasbowhunter.com) when I first started talking about turning pens and other things. Several of their members suggested this place and it blew my expectations out of the water. I have learned so much here :)

It was either throught BT3Central/Sawdust Zone or through Google I can't remember which. Great site and have learned a lot and enjoy the member Threads and posts.

I watched a bunch of youtube videos about penturning, including some really good ones by Capt Eddie. One of the videos that interested me was where someone created a wood and aluminum (pop can) Celtic Knot design blank. I went ahead and googled for more Celtic Knot pens and that's how I ended up here viewing threads in the segmenting forums. :)

Through another forum hosted by William Woodwrite. It's no longer around but I've learned a lot from both.

I was a member of the same forum and enjoyed it immensely. Between it and a number of woodworking forums I had no time for more but Marla said this was a good one so I looked. That was enough to reel me in.

Zach from NV Woodworks told me about the forum. And its great I have learned a lot of great tips and tricks here. Met a lots of new people.

LOL! I love these kinds of questions! And my answers:

I helped found this place.

And

It is more than I would have ever hoped for!

Scott.
