Interesting, thank you. Hooligan means someone who makes trouble in Hebrew. As far as I know, the term came originally from the Irish language.
 
Tim is the perfect example of elevating pen making craft... He does amazing work and even makes his own nibs now. He figured out what most pen makers never do... at that level of pen making it's more like being a goldsmith than a pen turner. Super nice guy and AMAZINGLY talented fella.
 
What Tim @McKenzie Penworks said, plus - Tim Cullen has gone out of his way to help a number of pen makers improved their skills and learn new ones. (Me for one.)

I haven't asked him the reasoning behind choosing the name "Hooligan", but it amused me because he used to be in law enforcement :)
