Does anyone know a good supplier for the meat turners, the ones with a hook at the end, saw them at a show, but not sure if they are commercial or home made.
Thanks,
Jeff

I have made a few for gifts- everyone who has one has given good reviews. Hint: I found ,make the area between the steel and the thumb raised almost shield like it helps protect from heat. It also can be decorated with chatter work , least way thats how I did it.

I forget who taught me this, but it was someone on IAP. Buy 1/8" stainless steel rod from McMaster Carr. Cut to length, then sharpen each end, by chucking into a power drill and using a grinder to make the pointed end. Next I use a jig to bend them to shape. Cost is way less than a dollar each.
