This a new Honeycomb pen from PSI, in antique brass and oil rubbed bronze. The blank is a Hybridz from Rockler, in green and mallee burl. Made a great looking pen. I made it for a friend who was a beekeeper when she was in 4H. The finish is Pens Plus.

They are spendy though....At $30 each for the 2 real nice ones with the plating inside the honeycomb. I can't recall the platings but this is 1 of them.

Nice !!

I like this plating combination .... Black and Gold .... but it is Out of Stock as is one other of the plating options

I like the clip which would seem to be robust and also appears to be designed to flex nicely (but haven't had one in my hands.

@Joebobber , I think you may have made a typo on the pricing ... should be $20 each for the 2 platings you refer to ... still kinda high.

It's an attractive pen. I might just have to get some and make one for my beekeeping neighbor. I haven't bought any of the hybrid blanks yet either, but I have had them in my cart once in a while. Maybe after I get done playing around with wood and SimStone segmenting. I always enjoy looking at your pens. - Dave
