Hollow form tool for mini lathe, 1" nylon just bolted together ,no bearings. Carbide cutter, with laser guide,so I don't cut through the side. 1" pipe at the end to give me a little more room on the bed of the lathe ,without using the tail stock .

Where did you find this? Got any 'action' photo's?

Got an itch to do a hollowform, but I don't have any tooling for them. Plenty of wood laying around too!!!

hollowing tool

I saw one at SWAT in Waco last year. It was made out of steel with bearings etc. And I thought that they wanted too much for it. So I made this out of Teflon so I didn't need the bearings. no I haven't got any action shots yet.
