Holiday Pen Swap Thanks

Thought I'd kick off a thank you thread for those of us who participated in the holiday pen swap by saying thanks to Charlie Gabriel for an extremely well done segmented pen. Love everything about it—the wood selection, the pattern, the kit. It's the first segmented pen in my collection and definitely leaves me wanting more! Thanks, Charlie!

Holiday pen exchange had great results , we have 36 member with two from being oversea's .
Look forward seeing the photo's of pen that were exchanged.


My exchanged partner was Eric Ritz aka EreicRN that shipped this awesome pen with Cellulose acetate blank , cap of Black ebonite which I believe is on a Majestic kit.
Plus few extra blanks.

I got my pen from pssherman yesterday. I have never seen anything like this. You can't tell that this is a pen when you see it. Very original concept using a 50 cal casing cap and a bullet pen. It all fits together so well with a powder coated finish. Thanks, Paul!

That's a cool and creative pen. Just have to remember to leave it at home when traveling. No way you'd get that through security!!

Alright, I finally had a chance to sit and make a post.

This is a beautiful pen from @Todd in PA sent me for the swap. This pen was made with Desert Ironwood and Katalox with some aluminum bands. Great work Todd, it was a pleasure pairing with you this time

Here's the awesome pen & blanks that I got from my swap partner, MedWoodWorx. The Fountain Pen is a Kappa from Taylors Mirfield. The blanks are all a little over 1" square, so they are ideal for making handles for kitchen utensils. Thanks, Mike - I love Olivewood!
