Mike

hope you're now recovering well and starting the physio ?

.As has been said you need to exercise ASAP or , as soon as you are allowed .

Regards and prayers

I came home from the hospital Tuesday afternoon. Things are about as expected. Fortunately I was very lucky and married an actual angel. The pain is tolerable and decreasing each day. Getting out of bed is the hardest thing for me do do but once I'm up and am able to do exercises things are good.

Thank you all very much for the well wishes. I hope Phillip is also doing well.

Good day Mike, Hope all is well
Do you have a update for us

I thought my pain problems would be taken care of by the two knee replacements I had. Well, the knees feel great but now it is the hip. Going to have the right one replaced tomorrow. Once I recover from that it will be my right shoulder. Despite all of the setbacks I feel blessed to be living the life that I am. God has been good to me but even so, a few extra prayers probably wouldn't hurt. :) Thanks!

Thanks to all! The ice packs and exercise/stretching are all key. Each day shows some improvement in pain reduction and flex. Good luck to all who need help and do NOT put it off. Sooner the better!! P.

Thanks for asking! Things are going great. I'm able to do most things by myself with the help of all the devices in the "Hip Kit" I purchased from Amazon. Like Philip said, doing the PT is key. Still not able to drive, I could probably do some light tasks in the shop but I have to admit that there are several trip hazards out there I should stay away from. All in all, I'm pretty pleased.

Thanks for keeping us updated. It is good to hear that you are progressing in the right direction and doing all the right things. Everyone here is in your corner and keeping their fingers crossed. Soon we will be encouraging you and Phillip to join "Dancing with the Stars" on TV. ;-)
