Just wanted to say hi from Spokane. I've been turning wood for a little over a year. I have turned many stoppers, some hollow forms and a lot of bowls. I have yet to turn a pen but one day I'll get there. I have a lathe at home that I turn on almost daily and once a week I turn at the Vet's Garage in Spokane. They have a wood working shop available to all veterans and on tuesdays they have someone to teach turning. I've learned a lot there. Just wanted to say hi.

WElcome from over here I was in Spokane in 1974 , enjoyed the Worlds Fair as representing Australia at the forty something Lilac Festival. I was Lilac Festival President in Goulburn N.S.W and as an Alderman on the City Council received the invitation at my expense to attend. Loved every minute of it.
