HF lathe chuck?

Has anyone tried the HF lathe chuck? Trying to find out how it is and is it compatible with the Nova chuck jaws. Needing another chuck so I can quit changing the jaws around.

My guess? I think it is a knock off of PSI and the other one that matches PSI.
