As has been mentioned, those mill lathes are now like hens teeth. Trend used to have one too, but also stopped making them. There is a better solution though. And a hell of a lot cheaper too[
]
Got to Axminster and get a CT1 compound table. Once you have one of those the world is your oyster. They currently cost £66. I've had one for a few years and it is indispensible. You can mount any machine on it, drill, router, dremel. I am half way through a hex stainless steel pen that I using a small bench grinder mounted on it!!! Have a look in my album and you will see how I use it. There are also some sketches for a spiral attachment for it.
Do you want just the blank to be shaped or the kit as well?

Here's one I made ages ago. Started life as water pipe fitting but I trimmed the nuts using my compound table.
