My final post (for now) on hexagonal pens. This is the first that I made to sell and it did go pretty quickly. It's my favourite non-wood material so I thought I'd use it for my first production pen in this new shape. It's Omas but not sure the name so I refer to it as Amber.

The pen is the same spec as the previous two. I'm really happy with the finish, which was my main worry, but actually sanding flat surfaces is a lot easier than sanding round things. Funny how I forgot that, after sanding almost exclusively round things for a couple of years…

Anyway here it is.

If you had played with 15 instead of 12 you might have got a result.
