These are the boys who will be learning pen turning as soon as we get our equipment.

I was at woodcraft in Norfolk the other day looking to get an extra mandrel and they told me a group of 4H or BoyScouts just bought a half dozen or so lathes. Good thing!

Looks like they got some good wood to use for blanks. That might make it more enjoy able. They can remember the occasion with a little "suvanior".
