Can anyone please help me identify this pen, and provide a link to where I can buy the kit? I recently saw it somewhere, but neglected to look it up.

So, I just answered my own question and found the pen. It's on PSI's facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Penn-State-Industries/169333823124840 I had looked on their website and in the print catalog, but forgot this page. Oops
