i really need to find a European style pen in black with a black center band with mo white or chrome line in the middle of the center band. any ideas were i can purchase these

or designer pen i think they are the same

Turn your own centerband out of Black PR. it should be easy if you have either a chuck or a collet system perhaps try a gunmetal, I don't recall ever seeing a black Chrome in the Euro/Designer series
