Help before I order

I am getting ready to order a Barracuda 2 chuck from Amazon and need to know if I need to order a spindle adapter also or does it come with one that fits the Jet Mini? I think it's a 1x8 (I think that is what it is) and don't want to have to make a seperate order if it gets here and don't fit.

If anyone thinks I shouldn't order this chuck it's ok to voice your opinion also. I am just thinking about all the jaws I get without have to pay a lot more just to buy jaws.

JET mini's are 1"x8 spindles. I had the 1014 and now have the 1220 and they are the same. I don't have an opinion on the Baracudda, but I bought my chuck at Grizzly for $89 two years ago ($99 now) and the large jaws and pin jaws later and probably didn't spend $160 total.... I use the regualr jaws ALL the time and use the pin jaws for drilling blanks on the lathe. Haven't needed the big jaws yet.
 
The Baraccuda 2 will come with everything you need. The threading on the chuck is the same as the Jet1014, 1x8. It comes with an adapter that fits some other lathes.

Many people on here own this chuck and give it high marks.
