Help accessing IAP site from desktop?

I NEED SOME HELP!!
AVG has the IAP site blocked on my desktop.
I am not to good on computers.Can anyone
tell me how to get around this?

I turned off my link scanner, accessed the site, then turned it back on. Worked for me.
