Just quick note from Texas...glad to be a member...I was at WoodWorld in Richardson yesterday. Met some great folks, had good food, and received some of pointers! I have shopped there for years. Looking forward to learning another skill. Bob Younghusband, thank you for your warm welcome!

Welcome Bill. With your woodworking background, you will fit in well. Make some pens!

I am including a link to a PDF file that goes over many aspects of pen turning from finish - to pens - to tools - to methods etc. It is not in detail but a good overview for pen turning.
