It's from my back ground. I've been making custom fishing rods since 1975. You'd need to research books on making fishing rods. Hope this helps

Wolf Creek - My reply to your request bugged me as I wanted to supply you with additional information... Research a book by Dale Clemens "Fiberglass Rod Making". Dale published his books back in the 70's. After you digest that book, move onto "Advanced Custom Rod Building". Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
