Hello From Sparks, Nevada

Have been turning for about 6 years. Recently moved to Sparks from California after retiring. Having trouble with acrylic blanks cracking when pressing finished blank on corkscrew/stopper, especially the small end. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome from Ohio. Make sure the inside of the tube is clean. Champher the tube end with an exacto knife. Good luck.
