Hello from South Texas!

I'm Gary and brand new to turning and pen making! I've got a lathe on order that should be here in a couple of days.

I'm a scroll saw artist, OzarkSawdust.com , and wanting to add pens, bottle stoppers and such to my shows here in the Rio Grande Valley on the Mexican border of Texas. I'm sure I'll ask some really stupid questions...but will try to learn from the answers I get.
