Good Morning!

My name is Dan Organ and I started turning pens over Christmas. I have taken a few seminars from Lee Valley. I really like the thought of being able to make a pen in only an evenings work. I am turning mostly in wood but when I have some more confidence, I have some antler that belonged to my late Dad that I want to try.

Hey Dorgan,

You live in one of my favorite places, Halifax is a great city! Welcome! I know the LV store, some good folks there in HFX, the store needs some work, but I love any LV, LOL!!
I have taught a good number of pen classes at LV, a great place to learn.

IAP is easily the best place on the net for pen makers, I have been here since 2004 and it has the single best source for information and materials, but best yet, some of the nicest people I have "never" met....ah the virtual world!
