I'm somewhat new to pen turning, and I'm brand new at this site! I'm glad to have found a great site where I can discuss pen turning with other people from around.
I'm in my mid-twenties, and my folks got me into pen turning. I have now a small collection of 7 pens under my belt. I caught the fever, now I'm buying blanks and kits faster than I can make them.
Anyways, I hope to make a few friends here, and I'm anxious to learn from everybody! Someday I'm like to make this into a small side business, that way I can afford to make hundreds of these things.
A plus to pen turning, is they make excellent and personal gifts! I'll be doing less Christmas shopping this year.
