I have been made aware of some members receiving unsolicited messages from member vendors recommending to the member that they give a particular product a try, or use that vendor for lower prices.
If no prior business relationship exists between the vendor and the member being contacted, that's unsolicited commercial marketing and it's against our terms of service.
If you have received unsolicited PMs asking you to visit a vendors web site, or to otherwise consider purchasing a product, please forward the PM to me and I'll investigate.
We have zero tolerance for this sort of thing.
Thanks
