anyone post anything turned out of PCV pipe lately. I turned a pen the other day out of a piece, my camera and computer are not getting along these days or I would post it. I know no pic did'nt happen. Just wondering if anyone is turning any.

Bruce119 has made a bunch of PVC Pens, and he helped me out a few times. I have seen a bunch more from others as well. Last piece I turned I made some razors for the guys at work as a thanks for scrapping the pipe. I have plenty more if you need any, just shoot me a PM. Hope all is well with you.

Gave away 16 a few months ago . Have that many more to turn if I can get myself back in the shop . I find them a bit difficult to get a good finish on .

The way I finish mine is, after I have finished turning it, I micro mesh to 12000, then I put a coat of car polish on it. Shines up real nice.

I still got a ton in the back yard. Blue, green & purple I find it takes a very nice finish and holds up well. Just micro mesh wet sanding through the numbers I only go to 6,000 then finish up with Novus 2. You can glue pieces together with CA.
