Incredible!!! People still do this?
I had won a gift certificate for CSUSA (Beginner's Beautiful Pen Competition, sponsored by Smitty's Pen Works. Thanks again Smitty!!) and couldn't wait to order. I spoke to Brenna at CSUSA and she was very helpful with placing the order and even called back to tell me she was changing the shipping selection to something faster and cheaper. Wow!
So as I am sitting by the mail box, patiently waiting for my treasures to arrive, (yes, both the USPS AND Canada Post are involved in this one...) I received a hand written card from Brenna, thanking me for my order, success with my pens and please call her anytime with questions!
Great customer service and even better follow-up. First time I have ordered from CSUSA but not the last!
