Has anyone tried Rubio Monocoat?

Just wondering is anyone has used Rubio Monocoat for finishing pens? It would give a matte finish. a Pen would only take a drop or two.. I finished a whole 6 foot countertop with 2 tablespoons.

Never tried Rubio. I like Doctors pens plus which is similar in that both are oil and wax. I think doctors has some shellac in there too, so you get a shinier finish, but I could be wrong in that. Am a big fan of the oil and hard wax finishes in general. I've used odies oil on some countertops, bowls, platters, and vases to good effect.
