Has anyone embedded a decoration on a bottle stopper and covered it with CA?

I want to put some emblems on top of bottle stoppers and then cover the emblem with CA. Has anyone tried this if so does it work or will the CA be so thick it will tend to crack? Also what process did you use?

I've recessed coins in the top just deep enough to build up the CA. Applied it just as a regular CA finish. You're just wanting it to be smooth, not real thick.
