Are you looking for clips for custom/handmade pens OR Handmade Clips for your custom pens.
There are a few sources for clips that you can use on your custom pens.
There aren't many people that are willing to hand make clips for others. It can be a fairly involved process.
Either way, more information about what you are looking for would be helpful. For example, dimensions, materials, and perhaps a sample picture of one or two of your pens that you are wanting to add these clips to.

Beaufort Ink in the UK has the largest selection of pre-made clips I have seen in retail. Turner's Warehouse in Arizona sells a few clips from Beaufort, but not the whole catalog. Another good source is silverpenparts.com. There are 8 pages of beautiful handmade Argentium Silver pen clips there, and Mike sizes the rings for you if needed.
There are tutorials on making your own clips here in the library under "techniques" I can make custom clips except the price has become prohibitive. The labor to make a single clip can be hours.
