It was fun making this handful:

Lathe turned Chinese turquoise, set in a sterling bezel; allowed the silver to tarnish.

Flameworked borosilicate glass sunset.

Tooled leather owl.

Interchangable flameworked borosilicate glass marble, glass-enameled nitric acid-etched copper setting, domed copper "cups" to hold the marble.

Several firings of glass enamel onto engraved copper.

Happy Monday to all - Bob

Many thanks, Mal, Dave, and Jim!

Plenty of room for creative adventures in these things.

Here's one that I made for an aquarist - Queen Angel Fish - micro-sculpted with polymer clay, acrylic-painted, then resin-cast in a silver/copper/clay bezel:

Warm regards, Bob

Hi Bob...exceptional quality and diversity in your craft. Bolo ties are not something that we normally see in our small maritime community, other than with square dancers. I too especially like the musical not bolo. The colors in theses ties are very rich. Thanks for sharing. Darrell

Beautiful work as always! I haven't worn a bolo since my scouting days, but can certainly appreciate the artistry involved in all of those. You continue to raise the bar!

Thanks Charlie, Darrell, and Tim!

Charlie - I've done some diving too - lucky to appreciate "both sides" of our water planet.
