Gun Metal Bolt Action in French Galalith

Decided to try a piece of French Galalith on a gunmetal bolt action. I was a bit hesitant since the diameter of the blank was not much bigger than the 3/8 for the tube. But going slow with a sharp bit did the trick. Dark gray French Galalith with white streaks on a gun metal bolt action. If anyone feels the background is too dark, I did photograph it on a white background. Just ask and I'll post it.

Even GOD rested on Sunday !! Very nice pen, but we are loosing a lot of detail with the black background. Would like to see it on white. Jim S
