Bobby the safest one would be a tethered one or an attendant handling the signing of it. Then look at the ones available and suitable.

I have photographed and conducted weddings countless times over here and never seen a guest wedding book,I like the idea however and wish you well. Be interesting to read the comments expressed on such a book.
