Thanks everyone but I think I have a plan.
I found all the major pieces and glued them all together with Titebond 2, used a band strap to hold it all together.
The second step of the plan is to make a core that fits into the ID and then fill around the core to the ID with dyed resin. This should stabilize the bowl and allow me to finish turning the ID, again but a bit thicker.
That's my thought anyways.
