Looks like about $5000 per 100 trees. Looks like they basically are selling a fixed commodity future(forgive me if that is not the right term).
 
This has come up here before. If you're into preserving the environment, and espeically if you've kind of given up on the environment here in the USA, it's an interesting investment since they will re-plant once your trees have been harvested. I'm trying to find a source for a single sapling (or two or three) here in the USA. I have some Lignum Vitae that I'm growing, and about the time that I die it should be ready to harvest; at least Cocobolo would be harvestable sooner!
 
Neat thing is that you can go down when your trees are harvested and make them keep all the good stuff they'd normally toss out (the burls, stumps, crotches)
